Been meaning to fab one up for quite some time. Finally put in a few hours of beers and fabbin Friday eve and a couple last night with some random steel i had laying around. No real plan just started cutting. Only bolts on this bumper are the 10 that hold the beast of warn winch in.
The stocker aluminium and said winch.
Base plate and ribbing to the crossmember
Some side plating and gusseting
Some shaped side pieces, capped and tacked in
Trimmed a couple inches of the tub on the front to tuck it in as much as possible.

Need to pull the sides back off for final weld, add a couple more gussets here and there, cut and/or unmangle some beat up corner tub panels, add some d-ring tabs and so on but that's about the jist of it. Maybe some sort of brush guard. I'll add some more pics as i get it finished off. Then it'll be on to a rear bumper...............at some point. lol
